Account & Data Deletion Portal

At Fakarni, we fully respect your data sovereignty. In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety policies, you have the absolute right to delete your account and permanently erase all personal and health data at any time.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once executed, all medication reminders, doctor notes, prescription scans, lab analyses, and voice recordings will be erased from our servers and cannot be restored.

Available Methods to Request or Execute Account Deletion

Method 1: Instant In-App & Web Dashboard Deletion (Recommended)

This is the fastest method, providing real-time, self-service automated deletion:

Open the Fakarni mobile app or sign in to the Web Dashboard.
Navigate to Settings > Account & Security.
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
Click "Delete Account & Erase All Data".
Confirm your identity via password or biometric verification. Your session will terminate and all personal data will be wiped immediately.

Method 2: Submit a Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log into your account, submit an official deletion request via this web portal. Our security engineers will process and confirm your request within 48–72 hours:
